OpSightIQ is an AI-powered retail intelligence platform designed for optical retailers and multi-location operators. The Service provides performance dashboards, AI analysis, reputation intelligence, and related features to help operators understand and improve their store performance.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated recommendations before acting on them

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPSIGHTIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you retain the right to seek relief from your local courts.
